To ensure that Outer and Lower Cape schoolchildren have all they need to succeed in the upcoming academic year, the Homeless Prevention Council (formerly known as the Interfaith Council for the Homeless of Lower Cape Cod) will again be running their back-to-school program “BACKPACK TO SCHOOL.”
